Do you have a minimum service charge?+
Our minimum service charge is $150. The price and scope are explained before approved work begins; larger projects are estimated separately.
Do you provide estimates?+
Yes. Send your address, a repair description and photographs. We will explain whether an on-site estimate or service visit is the appropriate next step.
Do you work with property managers?+
Yes. Send the repair list, property details, access arrangements, and approval contact. Documentation and completion photos can be coordinated as part of the agreed work.
Do you repair decks, stairs and railings?+
Yes. We evaluate boards, stairs, railings and accessible framing to define an appropriate repair or renovation scope.
Can you replace only damaged deck boards?+
Often, when the remaining decking and framing are serviceable. The accessible structure should be checked before deciding what can remain.
Do you repair drywall?+
Yes. Suitable drywall and finish repairs can follow other trade work once it is complete and the area is ready. Send photos, approximate dimensions, and finish details. This does not mean JM Precision performs underlying regulated trade work; a leak or other cause needs to be addressed before finish repairs.
Do you provide interior and exterior painting?+
Yes. We provide painting, touch-ups, caulking and surface preparation as part of an agreed scope.
Do you repair or replace exterior doors?+
Yes. Door adjustment, frame and trim repairs, brick molding and pre-hung exterior door replacement can be included in a project.
Can a rotted door frame or trim be repaired instead of replacing the whole door?+
That depends on how much material is damaged and the condition of the door, frame, and surrounding area. We review repair and replacement options rather than assume the entire assembly must be replaced. Concealed damage can change the recommendation; additional work is documented and discussed before proceeding.
Can multiple repairs be completed during one visit?+
Often. Send a prioritized list and photos so we can plan the time and materials. Some work needs separate visits because of drying time, special-order materials, or the condition of the property.
Do you work on rental and commercial properties?+
Yes. We serve rental owners, landlords, property managers, investors and commercial owners with repair and maintenance requests.
